Our team of professional and experienced sports conditioning coaches, personal trainers,
sports nutritionists and physiotherapists have extensive experience of working with high level and recreational athletes to achieve significant performance improvements. This is done by taking a personal and holistic approach to achieving goals. This means having a structured programme to address cardiovascular fitness, strength and core conditioning, what and when you eat and drink and also flexibility, dynamic stretching and injury prevention exercises. Only through a combination of these elements will you be able to achieve your true potential.
What makes our programmes unique are that they are compiled using decades of professional experience, leveraging cutting edge sports science and are entirely personal and designed to meet your goals, lifestyle and experience. All programmes are designed following an initial phone consultation. This approach will ensure that your programme achieves your goal and ensures you reach your event in the peak of condition.
Your programmes will be written by key team members who between have completed multiple Marathons, Olympic and Ironman Triathlons, represented GB Swimming at international standard and provided services to GB Judo, England Women’s Rugby and a number of leading Charities to support their fundraising teams.
