One of our key passions is running, anything from a 5K through to a Marathon, a slow jog or a full on sprint. We have helped clients get to the start (and finish!) lines of the Race for Life, Breast Cancer 10ks and numerous half and full marathons.
Our key to continued running success is injury prevention. That’s why all our running training starts with a biomechanical assessment and gait analysis. Once we have analysed how you move, we devise a structured, progressive plan that builds gradually to ensure the body has the time and strength to adapt to the strains running places on the body.
